Position: Senior Sales Executive / Assistant Manager – Apartment Sales

Job Summary:
The Senior Sales Executive / Assistant Manager – Apartment Sales is responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, conducting site visits, and closing apartment sales while achieving assigned business targets. The role involves managing the end-to-end sales process, maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting the team in achieving overall sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads through marketing campaigns, references, digital platforms, and direct sales activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about apartment projects, pricing, amenities, and payment plans.
- Conduct project presentations and site visits for prospective buyers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers and ensure effective conversion of leads.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals.
- Coordinate with CRM, legal, finance, and documentation teams for booking, agreement, and registration processes.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, pipeline updates, and MIS reports for management review.
- Support and guide junior sales executives when required.
- Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and sales events to increase project visibility.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Qualification & Experience:
- Any Graduate
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Apartment Sales / Real Estate Sales is mandatory
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets preferred
