We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Executive to serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will provide a welcoming and efficient front desk experience while supporting administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist students, parents, staff, and visitors in a courteous manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Maintain visitor records and ensure adherence to school protocols
- Provide administrative support as required
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining organization
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, calm, and professional demeanor
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, email, school management systems)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- High level of integrity and discretion
Qualifications and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred
- Experience in a school environment is an advantage
