Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads and identify potential customers across Delhi NCR.
- Conduct field visits to meet residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
- Present solar products and rooftop solar solutions to prospective customers.
- Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners, dealers, and installers.
- Coordinate with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide excellent post-sales support and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Share market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback with the management team.
Eligibility Criteria
- 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales (experience in the Solar industry will be preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of solar rooftop systems and renewable energy solutions is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with extensive field work.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships.
Mandatory Requirements
- Own two-wheeler (Bike).
- Valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR.
