About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations at our chemical manufacturing facility. The role involves;
- Production Planning with Factory Manager
- Supervise Production Process
- Ensure Optimal Production Output
- Supervise Workers
- Ensure Regular Upkeep & Maintenance of Equipment and Machinery
- Raw Material Planning
- Dispatch Planning
- Material Testing and Quality Inspection
- Documentation
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of chemical manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of batch manufacturing and process control.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and industrial best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret production plans and technical documentation.
- Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic ERP/MRP software.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in specialty chemicals, industrial chemicals, coatings, adhesives, resins, or related sectors.

Working Hours: General shift (or as per plant requirements)
Salary Range: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and technical expertise).
