About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee solar project execution across Karnataka. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in managing end-to-end solar projects, ensuring timely completion, quality compliance, budget control, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of solar project execution from planning to commissioning.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and supervise installation activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, technical specifications, and statutory requirements.
- Track project progress and prepare periodic reports for management.
- Resolve project-related issues and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
- Manage procurement coordination and material planning for project execution.
- Lead and motivate site teams to achieve project milestones.
- Ensure successful project handover and documentation upon completion.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in Solar Projects.
- Proven experience in utility-scale, commercial, or industrial solar project execution.
- Strong knowledge of solar EPC processes, project planning, and site management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
- Willingness to travel across Karnataka as required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in solar EPC project management.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, solar installations, and commissioning processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of project budgeting, cost control, and resource management.
