Chips Plant- Operator - Utility - (260000L8)
- Operate and monitor the Thermic Fluid Heater system safely and efficiently.
- Check temperature, pressure, fuel consumption, and circulation parameters regularly.
- Maintain proper thermic fluid temperature as per production requirement.
- Conduct routine inspection of pumps, burners, pipelines, valves, and safety devices.
- Record operational readings in log sheets on hourly/daily basis.
- Ensure proper fuel handling and combustion efficiency.
- Identify abnormalities and report breakdowns immediately.
- Coordinate with maintenance team during preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Assist during shutdown and startup activities of heater system.
- Monitor leakage, overheating, unusual noise, or pressure fluctuation.
- Maintain spare parts and utility consumables inventory.
