Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in site execution or project management.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and relevant engineering software.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Job Description:
We are looking for a competent and proactive Site Engineer / Project Engineer to oversee and coordinate project activities at the site. The role involves ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and monitor day-to-day site/project activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and project documents.
- Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed within the approved schedule.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and applicable safety requirements.
- Coordinate material requirements, site resources, manpower, and equipment.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical and operational issues in coordination with the concerned teams.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, site records, measurement sheets, and other project documentation.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and procedures.
- Monitor project costs and support effective utilization of materials and resources.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, approvals, and handover activities as required.
- Attend project meetings and provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and project procedures
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
