Job Description - Chief Brand Officer (CBO)

About the Role
Shivam Video is seeking a visionary, strategic, and business-driven Chief Brand Officer (CBO) to lead the company's overall brand strategy, positioning, and market perception. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CBO will be responsible for shaping the company's brand identity, driving long-term brand growth, overseeing marketing and creative functions, strengthening industry presence, and ensuring a consistent and impactful brand experience across every customer touchpoint.
The ideal candidate should possess extensive expertise in brand strategy, marketing, creative leadership, corporate communications, and business development. They should be capable of translating business objectives into compelling brand narratives, leading cross-functional teams, building strategic partnerships, and positioning Shivam Video as the market leader in the audio-visual and event technology industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Corporate Positioning
- Define and drive the company's long-term brand vision aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and strengthen the company's brand positioning, value proposition, and competitive differentiation.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity, messaging, and communication across all business verticals and customer touchpoints.
- Continuously evaluate market trends, customer perception, and competitive positioning to enhance brand relevance.
2. Marketing Strategy & Business Growth
- Lead the overall marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and business growth.
- Oversee integrated marketing initiatives across digital, offline, experiential, and corporate communication channels.
- Monitor marketing performance, ROI, and business impact while identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Align marketing initiatives with sales, business development, and organizational growth objectives.
3. Brand Communication & Creative Leadership
- Establish the creative vision for all branding, marketing, and communication initiatives.
- Ensure consistency across visual identity, brand messaging, presentations, marketing collateral, and digital assets.
- Guide creative teams in developing innovative campaigns, storytelling concepts, and customer experiences.
- Approve key creative and branding initiatives to maintain premium quality standards.
4. Corporate Reputation & Strategic Partnerships
- Strengthen the company's reputation through strategic communication, public relations, and industry engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, media, industry associations, technology partners, and key stakeholders.
- Lead award submissions, corporate announcements, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Identify strategic partnerships that enhance brand visibility and business opportunities.
5. Customer Experience & Brand Excellence
- Ensure a consistent and premium brand experience across every customer interaction.
- Oversee the development of company profiles, sales presentations, brochures, pitch decks, websites, and marketing assets.
- Drive customer-centric branding initiatives that strengthen trust, loyalty, and long-term relationships.
- Maintain high standards for all external and internal brand communications.
6. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead and mentor the Marketing, Branding, Creative, PR, and Corporate Communications teams.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, Production, HR, and Leadership teams to achieve strategic business objectives.
- Establish efficient processes that enable seamless execution of branding and marketing initiatives.
7. Innovation & Industry Leadership
- Identify emerging branding, marketing, AI, and experiential technology trends to strengthen the company's competitive advantage.
- Drive innovation across branding, customer engagement, and marketing strategies.
- Position Shivam Video as a thought leader through industry events, publications, speaking opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate new technologies, tools, and market opportunities that contribute to long-term business growth.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Branding, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, Media, or a related field.
- 12–15+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, corporate communications, or strategic leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading marketing, branding, and creative teams in a leadership capacity.
- Strong expertise in brand strategy, integrated marketing, corporate communications, and business development.
- Experience in events, experiential marketing, media, technology, advertising, or creative industries will be highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, customer experience, AI-powered marketing tools, and emerging branding trends.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with business growth and operational execution.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
