We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team.
Position: Electrical Supervisor
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Experience: 5–7 Years
Industry Preference: Factory / Manufacturing Experience Preferred
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on Experience)
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Supervise electrical installation, maintenance, and repair works.
✅ Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.
✅ Monitor electrical systems, motors, panels, and utilities.
✅ Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies.
✅ Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for uninterrupted plant operations.
✅ Maintain maintenance records and prepare daily reports.
✅ Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure minimum downtime.
Requirements:
✔ ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
✔ 5–7 years of relevant experience in a factory/manufacturing environment.
✔ Knowledge of LT Panels, Motors, MCC, Control Panels, DG Sets, and Electrical Maintenance.
✔ Strong troubleshooting and team management skills.
