Inspect outgoing goods to ensure they meet exact customer and regulatory standards, checking for proper labeling, sealing, and damage prevention.
Monitor packaging materials (boxes, tape, pallets, etc.) to prevent shortages and optimize costs
Plan daily packing schedules to align with overall manufacturing and dispatch deadlines.
Enforce workplace safety rules, maintain cleanliness in the packing area, and ensure adherence to relevant industry guidelines
Manufacturing environment, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role
: Ability to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and communicate clearly with both packing staff and management
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
