Role Description
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research to identify opportunities, and developing strategies to meet sales targets. Daily tasks include visiting potential and existing clients, presenting company products, negotiating contracts, and providing after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Byculla, Mumbai. The role is best suited for professionals with approximately 3–5 years of field sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with existing leads
- Research particular accounts and generate new leads
- Closing Deals at good rate
- Available on field for meeting, generating leads, following with the leads.
- Educate customers on how the products can benefit them financially and professionally
- Retention of existing client
- Evaluate clients’ needs, skills, and build a long relation
- Report and provide feedback to the team leader
- Manage client database of assigned territory
- Generate daily sales report
Candidate Criteria:
· Graduate from any stream
· Minimum 3-5 years of experience
· Excellent communication
· Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills
· Should come in with strong references
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
