Business Development Executive
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of experience in client acquisition, lead generation, and sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, managing client communications, preparing proposals, and closing deals for our SEO and digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients, partners, and new business opportunities
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research and identify qualified leads and decision-makers
- Execute cold email outreach campaigns, including drafting, sending, and managing follow-ups
- Manage lead generation activities and maintain organized prospect pipelines
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, pitch decks, and sales materials
- Handle client communication professionally and coordinate meetings/calls
- Use AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT for research, outreach, content drafting, and workflow optimization
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with prospects and clients
- Track outreach performance, conversions, and business development metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business growth initiatives
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Handling, or Marketing
- Experience bidding on Upwork or similar freelance platforms is required.
- Hands-on experience managing an Upwork profile and submitting winning proposals.
- Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
- Strong professional email drafting and outreach skills
- Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other productivity tools to improve research, proposal writing, email outreach, and workflow efficiency.
- Confidence in handling client conversations and outreach independently
- Strong research, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and result-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with startups or fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management
- Understanding of B2B outreach and lead nurturing strategies
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and cold emailing processes
