Rudua Realty is a growing real estate company focused on building high-quality residential projects. We are looking for an experienced Construction Engineer / Project Engineer to manage our construction projects in Mumbai.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage residential construction projects from start to finish.
- Supervise daily site work and ensure quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and consultants.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and progress.
- Handle material planning and procurement.
- Solve site-related issues quickly and efficiently.
- Ensure safety and quality at the construction site.
- Lead and guide site engineers and supervisors.
- Report project updates to management.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in residential construction.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
- Good knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
