Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and organized Dispatch Manager to oversee and manage daily dispatch operations. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods, coordinate with production and logistics teams, and maintain high standards of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage the dispatch of goods on a daily basis
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and sales teams for order fulfillment
- Ensure accurate packaging, labeling, and documentation of shipments
- Monitor dispatch schedules to ensure timely deliveries
- Handle logistics planning, including transport arrangements and route optimization
- Maintain dispatch records, invoices, and delivery challans
- Resolve any delays, damages, or dispatch-related issues
- Communicate with clients regarding shipment status when required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Supervise dispatch staff and improve operational efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in dispatch/logistics management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good knowledge of transportation and supply chain processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹10,320.51 - ₹15,000.00 per month
