The major responsibilities of this role are:
* Monitoring client WhatsApp groups and identifying pending requirements, corrections, complaints and unanswered messages
* Monitoring Designer and Video Editor groups and following up on pending work
* Coordinating and following up with the team
* Preparing a Daily Client Group Check Report
* Assisting with AI research and tasks using ChatGPT, Claude and other tools
* Content research and calendar assistance for selected clients
* Managing and posting content on my social media accounts
* Back-office and administrative work
* Maintaining my task list and reminding me about important meetings, calls and follow-ups
The most important part of this role is monitoring and follow-up. We need someone who is observant, responsible and makes sure important work does not get missed.
