Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and dedicated HR recruiter to assist in the recruitment process of the company. The responsibilities of the HR recruiter will include assisting the HR team with the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, identifying potential hires, and screening applications.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms.
- Actively source potential candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Social Media.
- Review resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates based on role requirements.
- Schedule, organize, and confirm interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage applicant correspondence, including sending follow-ups, interview reminders, and rejection emails.
- Keep our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or internal databases updated with candidate statuses and information.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (BBA/MBA), or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet hiring deadlines.
- Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic understanding of professional networking sites.
- A strong desire to build a career in HR and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
