The SCADA Lead will be responsible for leading the entire SCADA engineering, commissioning, monitoring, and maintenance setup for solar projects located in Bharuch, ensuring stable communication architecture, maximum system uptime, and accurate plant performance analytics. The role requires regular coordination with site teams, EPC partners, OEMs, and the corporate engineering office.

Develop SCADA architecture for utility‑scale solar plants in Bharuch (10 MW to 500 MW).

Prepare SCADA design packages, including network diagrams, I/O lists, fiber layouts, and communication topologies.

Define specs for PLCs/RTUs, gateways, servers, switches, firewalls, and SCADA cabinets.

Select and manage communication protocols like Modbus RTU/TCP, IEC 104, OPC‑UA, DNP3, etc.

Lead SCADA installation, testing, and commissioning at Bharuch solar site(s).

Perform FAT/SAT with contractors and OEMs.

Ensure integration with:
