Job Overview
Team Thai is seeking an innovative and proactive AI Associate to help drive AI adoption across our FMCG business. This role is ideal for someone who can leverage AI tools to improve productivity, streamline business processes, support sales and marketing initiatives, and identify opportunities for automation across departments.
The ideal candidate is passionate about artificial intelligence, enjoys solving business challenges, and can translate AI capabilities into practical solutions that create measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to implement AI solutions across sales, marketing, operations, customer service, and administration.
- Develop AI-powered workflows to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
- Create and optimize prompts for generative AI tools.
- Support the marketing team with AI-assisted content creation, campaign planning, market research, and data analysis.
- Analyze business data and generate actionable insights using AI tools.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies relevant to the FMCG industry.
- Train employees on AI tools and promote AI best practices across departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and business processes through AI.
- Maintain documentation of AI projects, workflows, and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Upto 1 year of experience working with AI tools, automation platforms, or AI-driven business solutions.
- Strong understanding of generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot.
- Experience in prompt engineering and AI workflow automation.
- Familiarity with automation tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Python, APIs, or data analysis is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with different teams.
