Territory Sales Executive / Territory Sales Manager

About the Role
Encare Medical Devices is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Territory Sales Executives/Managers to strengthen our presence across Kottayam and Pathanamthitta. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our dealer, hospital, and institutional network.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales in the assigned territory.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, dealers, and distributors.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure timely collections and customer support.
- Submit daily sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of proven sales experience (medical devices, healthcare, FMCG, or related industries preferred).
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Must possess a valid Two-Wheeler Driving Licence.
- Must own a two-wheeler for field travel.
- Ability to work independently and manage territory operations effectively.
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
