We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Career Counselors who can guide prospective students toward the right educational programs and help them make informed career decisions.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with people, understanding their aspirations, and converting inquiries into successful admissions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Connect with prospective learners through calls and follow-ups.
- Understand students' academic background, career goals, and learning requirements.
- Counsel candidates regarding suitable UG/PG programs and admission processes.
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships throughout the enrollment journey.
- Handle objections professionally and assist students in making enrollment decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and admissions in the CRM.
- Consistently work towards achieving individual and team admission targets.
Who Can Apply
- Graduates from any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Candidates with up to 3yrs of experience in Career Counseling, Admission Counseling, EdTech Sales, Inside Sales,, Business Development, Customer Support, or Student Advisory roles.
- Individuals who are confident in speaking with people and can build rapport over phone conversations.
Skills Required
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand candidate needs and provide suitable solutions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
