Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Barista to join our team at our HSR Layout outlet. The ideal candidate should have strong coffee knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead by example while ensuring smooth day-to-day café operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and food items as per company standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience for every guest.
- Maintain consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Support the Café Manager in daily outlet operations and assist in guiding junior baristas.
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards across the café.
- Monitor stock levels and report inventory requirements proactively.
- Ensure all opening and closing procedures are completed efficiently.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Promote the company's culture, values, and commitment to excellent hospitality.
- Maintain a positive attitude and perform efficiently during peak business hours.
- Be flexible to work shifts, including weekends, public holidays, early mornings, and evenings.
Requirements
- Fresher to 5 years of experience as a Barista or Senior Barista in a café or coffee chain.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, espresso machines, and beverage recipes.
- Previous experience in customer service or the restaurant/café industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Punctual with a strong attendance record.
- Team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
