QC Fresher Job Description
- Perform visual and dimensional inspection of medical device components.
- Check and verify process parameters during production.
- Conduct in-process and final quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
- Maintain daily quality records, inspection reports, and process monitoring documents.
- Verify and release approved components for the next production stage.
- Follow SOPs, GMP, ISO, and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
- Identify non-conforming products and report quality issues to senior engineers.
- Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions when defects are found.
- Coordinate with production to improve product quality.
- Use MS Office (Excel, Word) for documentation and reporting.
Eligibility
- Diploma/B.Tech in CIPET (Plastics Technology/Processing & Testing) or equivalent qualification.
- Basic knowledge of:
- Injection Moulding
- Plastic materials
- Measuring instruments (Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge)
- Quality tools (7 QC Tools, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram)
- MS Excel & Word
Skills Expected from a Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
