Bid Manager – System Integration (IT Solutions/Equipment)

Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bid Manager to lead and coordinate tendering activities across GEM, eProc portals, and other government/commercial platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system integration organizations dealing with IT solutions and equipment, with proven expertise in managing OEM coordination, compliance documentation, and proposal development.
Key Responsibilities
- Tender Management & Coordination
- Identify, track, and manage bids on GEM, eProc, and other relevant portals.
- Coordinate with internal teams and OEMs to obtain Manufacturer Authorization Forms (MAFs), compliance certificates, and technical documentation.
- Ensure timely submission of bids in line with tender requirements.
- Proposal & Documentation
- Prepare general proposals, technical write-ups, and compliance-ready documentation.
- Develop cost sheets, pricing models, and commercial offers aligned with organizational strategy.
- Maintain structured records of submissions, clarifications, and responses.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in bid management within a System Integration/IT solutions organization.
- Strong knowledge of GEM, eProc, and other government procurement platforms.
- Hands-on experience in preparing proposals, cost sheets, and compliance documentation.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and tender management tools.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
- Familiarity with government procurement norms and IT hardware/software solutions.
- Proactive, resourceful, and capable of building strong OEM/vendor relationships.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
