Position: Design Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Product Design & Development Design and develop hospital furniture and related products based on customer requirements and industry standards.
- Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings.
- Develop product concepts and convert them into production-ready designs.
- Conduct design reviews and implement improvements based on feedback.
- Engineering Documentation
- Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM), engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Ensure proper document control and revision management.
- Prepare design validation and verification reports.
- Prototype Development & Testing
- Coordinate prototype development and product testing activities.
- Analyze test results and implement design modifications as required.
- Support product validation and qualification processes.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Production, Quality, Purchase, and Sales teams to ensure smooth product development and manufacturing.
- Provide technical support during production and resolve design-related issues.
- Participate in new product development and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for product enhancement, value engineering, and cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and manufacturing technologies.
