We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Mathematics Faculty to train students for IIT-JEE Foundation and Competitive Examinations. The ideal candidate should possess strong conceptual knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to inspire students to excel in Mathematics.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver concept-based and application-oriented classes.
- Prepare structured lesson plans aligned with the IIT/JEE curriculum.
- Create and solve advanced-level problems to strengthen students' analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Conduct regular tests, quizzes, and mock examinations.
- Evaluate student performance and provide individualized academic support.
- Identify high-potential students and mentor them for competitive success.
- Prepare study materials, assignments, worksheets, and question banks.
- Analyze test performance and recommend improvement strategies.
- Coordinate with the Academic Coordinator and Principal regarding student progress.
- Participate in academic meetings, orientation sessions, and parent interactions whenever required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- Prior experience in teaching IIT-JEE Mathematics is preferred.
- Candidates with a strong academic background and proven results in competitive exam coaching will be given preference.
Skills Required
- Strong command of Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Calculus, Coordinate Geometry, Probability, and Number Theory.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to simplify complex mathematical concepts.
- Effective communication and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and smart classroom technology.
Working Hours
- Part-Time (Evening/Weekend/School Hours as per schedule)

Principal / Academic Coordinator / IIT Foundation Program Head
Compensation
Salary/Honorarium will be based on qualifications, experience, subject expertise, and the number of teaching hours assigned.
Pay: ₹10,534.19 - ₹42,213.98 per month
