About the Role
KOKA Software Technology is looking for an MBA graduate to join our Product Research & Competitive Intelligence Team.
The candidate will research ERP products available in the market, study competitor features, pricing, workflows and customer requirements, and provide recommendations to improve KOKA ERP.
This is an excellent opportunity for an MBA graduate who wants to build a career in Product Management, Business Analysis and SaaS Product Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Research leading ERP products available in India and international markets.
- Study competitor ERP features, modules and workflows.
- Compare KOKA ERP with competing products.
- Identify missing or improved features required by customers.
- Research industry-specific ERP requirements.
- Analyse competitor websites, product demos, documentation and marketing materials.
- Prepare competitor comparison reports.
- Create feature comparison matrices.
- Research ERP trends and emerging technologies.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT for product research and analysis.
- Collect customer feedback and convert it into product improvement suggestions.
- Work with the Product, Development and Management teams.
- Prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and feature suggestions where required.
- Identify opportunities for AI integration within KOKA ERP.
- Research ERP features for Manufacturing, Purchase, Sales, Inventory, Production, HRMS, CRM, Accounts and other modules.
- Continuously monitor competitor product updates.
