Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and confident Marketing Intern to support our outdoor sales and marketing activities. The intern will represent the company in the field, connect with potential customers, generate leads, promote our products/services, and help build brand awareness. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people and is interested in developing a career in sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to identify and engage potential customers.
- Promote the company's products and services through face-to-face interactions.
- Generate and qualify new sales leads.
- Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and promotional items.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
- Collect customer feedback and market insights.
- Assist in organizing promotional campaigns, events, and outdoor activations.
- Maintain daily reports of customer interactions, leads generated, and visits.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to achieve weekly and monthly targets.
- Represent the company professionally during all customer interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for field visits.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
