Roles & Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and effective classroom teaching
Build strong conceptual understanding among students
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments
Maintain discipline and positive classroom culture
Guide students for academic excellence and competitive readiness
Conduct practice tests and doubt-clearing sessions
Participate in school academic activities and meetings
Use modern teaching methods and technology in classrooms
Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in relevant subject
B.Ed preferred for school teaching positions
Strong subject knowledge and communication skills
Experience in CBSE/State syllabus preferred
IIT Foundation/Competitive coaching experience preferred for foundation faculty
Passion for teaching and mentoring students
Freshers with excellent subject knowledge may also apply
