Universal Migration is an overseas education and immigration consultancy established in 2006 in Kerala, India. The company helps students, professionals, and families with opportunities to study, work, and settle abroad.
We are looking for a Senior Overseas Education Counselor with 2–3 years of experience in abroad studies counseling. The candidate should be target-oriented, able to work under pressure, and have excellent communication and convincing skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities.
- Guide students in selecting suitable courses, universities, and countries.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Connect with 30–40 candidates daily through calls and other communication channels.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Maintain student records and update CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams for application and admission processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Overseas Education / Study Abroad Counseling.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle multiple candidates and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
