Job Overview: The Sandwich Pizza Frankie Maker is responsible for preparing and assembling delicious frankies, sandwiches, and pizza with a focus on quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for frankies, sandwiches, and pizzas, including chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, and making sauces.
- Assemble and cook frankies and pizzas according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Assist in menu development by suggesting new flavor combinations and seasonal specials.
- Engage with customers to take orders and provide recommendations.
- Monitor inventory and assist in stock management to ensure availability of ingredients.
- Handle customer feedback and address any issues promptly.
