Job Description: Packaging Designer
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Reports to: Manager – Art Dept

For over 15 years, we’ve operated as an extension of our clients’ in-house teams, helping them scale through dedicated creative support, production-ready artwork, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
· Convey concepts through quick sketches and CAD visualizations.
· Utilize retail environment awareness and follow specifications and guidelines.
· Design and manage production of printed packaging.
· Deliver placement prints and submit finished artwork.
· Handle yardage and pattern repeats.
· Conduct research and develop new concepts or adapt existing designs.
· Execute brand-compliant packaging graphics, ensuring foreign language translations and adding bar codes.
· Pre-flight formatting and quality control checks.
· Create mock-ups for final presentations.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s/Diploma degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in packaging design, ensuring brand compliance.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & other Adobe Creative Suite will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of pre-flight artwork development and printing techniques.
- Good at communication, Project Management, and Team Collaboration.
