- Receiving projects from designing head
- Planning of project & fixing completion date with Designing Head
- Site visit and customer meeting
- Maintaining healthy and good relationship with each client and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain the list of basic parameters of designs and drawings which we are following. (height, width, hardware etc)
- Allocation of task to junior designers and drawing Head.
- Developing the concepts (plan, elevation & interior) based on the client’s requirements, reference and budget.

- Final checking of designs and drawings
- Ensuring error free designs and drawings
- Ensure the commitment has done with the clients as per the committed date.
- Informing performance of subordinate to Designing Head
- Pushing projects to estimation department with full clarity and detailed notes discussed with clients.
- Prepare the project handover file. (with final, drawings, final designs, Final BOQ, and project note)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 year experience required
- Bachelor of architectural required.
- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in lighting, textures, and design aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong understanding of materials, joinery, and modular furniture systems (preferred).
- Capable of working independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Technical Proficiency:
Hands-on experience with the following tools is required:
- SketchUp
- 3ds Max
- V-Ray and/or Corona Renderer
- AutoCAD
- D5 Render or Lumion
- Revit (BIM)
- Adobe Photoshop
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
