- Customer Service: Greeting customers, answering questions, offering product recommendations, and handling complaints.
- Sales and Transactions: Driving sales targets, upselling products, processing payments (cash/cards), and managing returns or exchanges.
- Store Maintenance: Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including cleaning fitting rooms and organizing displays.
- Inventory Management: Stock replenishment on time.
- Operational Support: Following company procedures, supporting loss prevention efforts, and collaborating with team members
