Job Description
Planning, execution, and monitoring of civil construction projects. This role acts as a bridge between the project manager, site team, contractors, consultants, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and day-to-day coordination of civil works.
- Track progress of site activities and report updates to the project manager.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients to resolve issues quickly.
- Maintain project documentation, including drawings, RFIs, permits, change orders, contracts, and reports.
- Support procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontracted services.
- Monitor project budget, invoices, and expenditures to help control costs.
- Arrange and record project meetings, follow up on action items, and maintain communication logs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and site procedures.
- Assist in resolving site-level issues, delays, and coordination conflicts.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in civil construction, project coordination, or site administration.
- Good understanding of construction processes, drawings, materials, and terminology.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Ability to read civil drawings and understand BOQ and basic quantity tracking.
- Familiarity with billing, subcontractor coordination, and material reconciliation.
- Strong follow-up and documentation skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Reporting To
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹960,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
