Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills with a passion for sales and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
- Generate leads and convert them into customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close sales deals.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 5-6 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply.
