System Administrator
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and proactive System Administrator to manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth functioning of servers, networks, systems, and end-user support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining system security, troubleshooting technical issues, managing hardware and software installations, and ensuring minimal downtime across the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Administration
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows and/or Linux servers.
- Monitor system performance and ensure the availability and reliability of IT infrastructure.
- Perform regular system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
- Manage Active Directory, user accounts, groups, and permissions.
- Maintain server health and storage management.
Network Administration
- Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi networks, switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Ensure network security and implement appropriate access controls.
User Support & Helpdesk
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.
- Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral device issues.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding IT requirements for employees.
Information Security
- Implement and monitor IT security policies and procedures.
- Manage antivirus, endpoint security, and data protection measures.
- Ensure regular data backups and disaster recovery processes.
- Monitor systems for security vulnerabilities and take corrective actions.
Hardware & Software Management
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Maintain software licenses and asset inventories.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and support services.
Backup & Disaster Recovery
- Perform and monitor regular system and data backups.
- Ensure backup integrity and recovery readiness.
- Assist in implementing business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain IT documentation, including network diagrams, asset registers, and system configurations.
- Prepare periodic reports on system performance and IT operations.
- Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and security standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), CCNA, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
Experience
- 3–8 years of experience in System Administration and IT Infrastructure Management.
- Experience managing Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, and end-user support.
- Experience in a professional services environment (law firm, consulting firm, accounting firm, etc.) would be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
