Job Summary
A Real Estate Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team, driving property sales, developing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The role includes supervising sales executives, creating sales strategies, monitoring market trends, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the property buying or leasing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate the real estate sales team
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Generate leads through networking, marketing campaigns, and referrals
- Manage property sales, site visits, negotiations, and closures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and property values
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses
- Coordinate with marketing and legal teams for smooth transactions
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws and company policies
- Handle customer escalations and provide effective solutions
