Duties and Responsibilities
- Training students on
- Fundamentals of Physics
- Refrigeration cycle
- Demo, Preventive Maintenance & Repair of Air Conditioner
- Demo, Preventive Maintenance & Repair of Refrigerator
- Demo, Preventive Maintenance & Repair of Washing Machine
- Demo, Preventive Maintenance & Repair of Other Small Home Appliances
- To motivate students coming for placement
- To ensure all our students can thrive and engage in both academic and vocational learning
- Assessing, recording and reporting on the attendance, progress, development
- Ensuring a high-quality learning experience for students (mandatory attendance of 75% for students to appear for final assessment), which meets internal and external quality standards
- Maintaining discipline and to encourage good practice about punctuality, behavior, standards of work and independent learning
- Supporting and motivating students to allow them to grow and enhance their own skills in both achieving qualifications and improved work efficiency
- Candidate OJT mapping & alignment of interviews at respective franchisees
- On Job Training coordination & monitoring student’s growth (via OJT report card)
- Manage Lab & ensure upkeep of lab devices & high cost training equipment
- On completion on training, coordination & dispatch of training documents to desired location as per instructions of HoD
- Arranging Offer letter & monthly salary slip for all placed candidate (during OJT)
Appointment: Consultant for 6 Months
Educational Qualification & (Minimum Experience): ITI (6 Years) /Diploma in Electronics (4 Years) , B.Tech in Electronics (2 Years)
Necessary Skill Sets: Technical
Preferably TOT Certified
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
