Responsibilities
- Assist the Bakery Manager in overseeing daily operations.
- Supervise and train bakery staff to ensure high performance.
- Maintain quality standards for all baked goods and customer service.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Monitor production schedules to meet customer demands.
- Implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a bakery or food service environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Basic computer skills for inventory and scheduling tasks.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
