- Isolate, identify, and culture beneficial microorganisms used in agricultural products.
- Develop and maintain microbial cultures for biofertilizers, biopesticides, and plant growth promoters.
- Conduct microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Monitor microbial growth, contamination, and product quality during production.
- Perform quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) tests as per SOPs.
- Maintain pure microbial cultures and prepare inoculums for production.
- Carry out microbial enumeration, identification, and sterility testing.
- Record, analyze, and document laboratory results accurately.
- Maintain laboratory inventory, chemicals, media, and microbial culture stocks.
- Train laboratory technicians and junior staff on microbiological techniques.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
