Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely delivery of finished goods in coordination with the Sales team.
- Maintain accurate physical and system stock records and update EIS regularly.
- Conduct periodic stock checks and ensure timely clearance of ageing stock.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for smooth and timely order execution.
- Ensure accurate invoicing, order checking, and documentation before dispatch.
- Verify sales return and repaired goods and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Ensure proper packaging, inspection, and shipment of finished goods.
- Monitor the complete dispatch and shipping cycle and share updates with Sales and Accounts.
- Coordinate product photography, editing, and uploading as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Skills Required
- Knowledge of Inventory, Dispatch, and Order Management.
- Good command of MS Excel and EIS/ERP systems.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
