About the Job:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and pet-loving Pet Boarding Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers. You will manage front desk operations, assist pet parents with bookings, and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for both pets and their owners.
Key Responsibilities:
✔Greet pet parents and their pets in a warm and professional manner
✔Manage check-ins and check-outs for boarding, grooming, and spa services
✔ Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, and app-based inquiries & bookings
✔ Maintain accurate records of pets, services, vaccination details, and special instructions
✔Coordinate with groomers, handlers, and veterinarians for smooth operations
✔ Upsell spa services, memberships, and ongoing offers
✔ Manage billing, invoices, and daily cash/online transactions
✔ Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming
✔ Provide regular updates to pet parents regarding their pet’s stay
✔ Handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
Requirements:
✔ 1–3 years of experience in reception, customer service, or pet care industry preferred
✔ Strong communication skills (English + local language preferred)
✔ Comfortable using apps, booking systems, and basic computer tools
✔ Love for animals and ability to stay calm around pets
✔ Good organizational and multitasking skills
✔ Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
- Safety and Supervision:
- Ensure the safety and security of pets at all times, especially when outdoors or in unfamiliar environments.
- Monitor pets for any signs of illness, injury, or distress, and promptly report any concerns to the owner or veterinarian.
- Maintain control of dogs during walks, using leashes and appropriate training techniques to prevent accidents or incidents.
- Hygiene Care
- Maintain hygiene of the place by monitoring pet manners, ensuring manner pads, walks when they need relief and keep the bowls, sheets and rooms clean
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
