Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Manager – Water & Wastewater Management

Job Responsibilities
- Manage the operation and maintenance of WTP, STP, ETP, WWTP, RO, UF, and related utility systems.
- Ensure smooth plant operations, equipment reliability, and compliance with water quality standards.
- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance for mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
- Monitor plant performance, chemical dosing, energy consumption, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with Pollution Control Board regulations and HSE standards.
- Lead O&M engineers, operators, and maintenance teams.
- Prepare operational reports, maintenance records, and client documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for efficient plant performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in Water & Wastewater Treatment Plant O&M.
- Strong knowledge of WTP, STP, ETP, WWTP, RO, UF, PLC/SCADA, pumps, blowers, and maintenance planning.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
