Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our digital presence across social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for content creation, campaign management, audience engagement, brand promotion, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals.
* Manage company accounts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
* Create engaging content, including posts, reels, videos, graphics, and promotional campaigns.
* Plan and maintain a content calendar.
* Monitor social media trends and recommend new marketing opportunities.
* Respond to customer inquiries and engage with followers professionally.
* Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and design teams for campaigns and product launches.
* Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
* Manage paid advertising campaigns and optimize ROI.
* Support branding and lead-generation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
* 2–5 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
* Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google tools.
* Experience with content creation, graphic design tools, and video editing software.
* Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
* Ability to analyze social media performance and generate insights.
Preferred Skills
* Experience in the architectural, construction, building materials, or fenestration industry.
* Knowledge of SEO, digital advertising, and lead-generation strategies.
* Photography and videography skills are an advantage.
