We are seeking a dynamic and visionary educational leader to provide strategic, academic, and operational leadership. Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership to drive the school's vision, values, and overall excellence.
- Lead academic and operational functions to ensure effective school management and student success.
- Mentor and develop, and inspire staff while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee school policies, systems, compliance, and day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Drive the execution of academic planning, school improvement initiatives, and operational excellence through data-informed decision-making.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, staff, management, educational boards, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure the successful planning and execution of school-wide programmes, events, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills
- B.ED + Master’s in Education or a related field
- Minimum 10 years experience out of which the last 5 years should be of working in a leadership role
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and decision making skills
- Proficient in English, Gujarati and Hindi
- Well-versed with GSEB standards and policies
