Job description
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting key marine segments, including Automation & Calibration, LSA, FFA, Fire & Gas Detection Systems, Marine Safety Equipment, Firefighting & Rescue Equipment, Life Rafts, Lifeboats, and Life-Saving & Survival Equipment.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with shipowners, ship managers, offshore operators, port authorities, and government entities.
- Generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.
- Set up meetings with prospective clients, build lasting relationships, and negotiate and close deals.
- Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and close deals
- Support the planning and rollout of marketing campaigns aligned with sales objectives, across digital, print, and event-based channels
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales and marketing experience within the marine, offshore, or related industrial sector
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to deal with foreign customers
- Willingness to travel, nationally and internationally.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- UAE Driving license is a plus
