Position: Video Editor (Full-Time)
About the Role
Mitesh Rathi Classes is looking for a creative and passionate Video Editor to join our media team. If you have a keen eye for storytelling, love creating engaging educational content, and are up-to-date with the latest social media trends, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Edit educational lectures, promotional videos, testimonials, and event highlights.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form YouTube videos.
- Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, animations, sound effects, and background music.
- Perform color correction, audio enhancement, and video optimization.
- Design attractive thumbnails (preferred).
- Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to deliver high-quality content.
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining brand consistency.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Understanding of YouTube and Instagram content formats.
- Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, typography, and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in video editing (Freshers with an outstanding portfolio may also apply).
- Experience editing educational, coaching, or social media content will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of AI-powered editing tools is a plus.
