Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – US IT Staffing to drive business growth, acquire new clients, manage key accounts, and lead the business development team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in US staffing sales, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Identify and acquire new direct clients, MSPs, and staffing partners.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Lead and mentor the Business Development team.
- Handle client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Manage sales pipeline, CRM updates, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams for successful client delivery.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in US IT Staffing Business Development.
- Experience in direct client acquisition and account management.
- Strong knowledge of US staffing industry and sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Target-oriented with strong business growth mindset.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
