We are looking for a talented UX / Product Designer with strong experience in designing enterprise-grade digital products and contributing to scalable design systems.
Key Skills:
- Figma (Mandatory)
- Enterprise Systems Design
- Design Systems & Component Libraries
- User Experience (UX) & Product Design
- Design Studios Experience
- Fintech, BFSI, SaaS, or Consumer Product Experience
What We're Looking For:
✔ 3+ years of hands-on UX/UI/Product Design experience
✔ Experience working on live web and mobile products
✔ Strong understanding of user flows, wireframing, interaction design, and usability principles
✔ Experience building and maintaining enterprise design systems
✔ Ability to collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Stakeholders
✔ Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred Background:
- Enterprise product design experience
- Design studio experience
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments
- Fintech, BFSI, SaaS, or Consumer Product domain expertise
