Job Description
- Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and business outreach.
- Identify and acquire clients across corporate events, weddings, exhibitions, experiential marketing, branding, and hospitality sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, wedding planners, production houses, and key stakeholders.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, pricing estimates, and pitch decks based on client requirements and project scope.
- Coordinate with creative, production, operations, and vendor teams to develop customized event solutions and accurate commercial proposals.
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation and client meetings to negotiations, proposal approvals, and business conversion.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, revenue goals, and client acquisition objectives.
- Maintain an updated CRM, sales pipeline, and client database while ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, trade shows, and industry forums to expand market presence and generate business leads.
- Develop strategic partnerships and drive account growth through repeat business, referrals, and long-term client relationships.
Preferred Background
- Experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within the event management, hospitality, branding, media, or experiential marketing industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing long-term client relationships.
